Bowie County Warrant Records Bowie County Warrant Records

Start with the court that issued the warrant, because no single page covers all of Bowie County. The sheriff posts no countywide roster, so a city tool cannot speak for a JP, district, family, or federal case. Nash publishes an open-warrant report it says is refreshed monthly, and De Kalb labels its warrant tool under construction. Texarkana gives you a way to pay, not a full search. Call the clerk named on your citation or docket, ask whether the warrant is still active, and note who confirmed it and when. A blank result anywhere is not a countywide clearance.

Outstanding Warrants in Bowie County

The Bowie County Sheriff posts no public list of active warrants. The sheriff's page does link an inmate search. That tool shows who is in custody, and a person can have an outstanding warrant without ever appearing there. So treat it as a custody check, not a warrant search. The label "active" or "outstanding" only means something when you attach a court and a date to it. A warrant might have been recalled by the judge. It might be served, or simply sitting unreturned and unrecorded in a database. The clerk of the issuing court can tell you which of those things actually happened.

Bowie County Has No Sheriff Warrant Roster

The Bowie County Sheriff's page gives a public office address and a general phone line. It offers no warrant-search fields and no countywide list. Don't lean on the linked inmate search as a stand-in. That answers a custody question, not whether some court has an unserved warrant out. The county index keeps each office separate: Sheriff, District Court, County Court at Law, the JPs, and Constable. Use it to spot which office might hold the record. Then ask about a specific case or service file. The index folds none of these offices into one active list.

The Bowie County Active Warrant List

No single public list spells out its court scope for all of Bowie County. Nash comes closest. Its official page describes open warrants Nash issued within the last five years, refreshed at the start of each month. Yet the heading still reads "Warrant Listing 2022." Read the heading and the update statement side by side, then call the court for current status.

Note: Nash's report is city-scoped; its monthly update claim does not make it a countywide list or confirm a particular case is current.

Nash's Five-Year Warrant Report

Nash Municipal Court is the clearest local example of a published open-warrant report in Bowie County. The page says it covers matters Nash issued within the last five years. Anyone who spots a possible match should call 903-838-0822. It is a static report, not an interactive search by name or citation. The heading says 2022 while the page claims monthly updates. Given that gap, only the court can confirm an entry is still open. And a Nash entry tells you nothing about a different city, a JP precinct, district court, family case, or federal process. For the report itself and clerk contact, the Nash Municipal Court page is the place to look.

Active Warrants: What They Show

A solid confirmation names the issuing venue and the exact event on record. Bowie County publishes no single warrant-number format. A case may carry a citation, cause, docket, or agency reference instead. Ask the clerk which identifier you need, and whether the status comes from the court file or a police database.

ReferenceNot published Use the identifier printed on the court paper.
Issuing courtNames the JP, city, county, district, family, or federal court.
ProcessShows an arrest warrant, FTA, capias pro fine, or another order.
Status eventAsk whether served, recalled, quashed, paid, or awaiting a return.
Amount or bondConfirm the current requirement with the issuing clerk.

No local sample shows a year-and-number pattern. Treat "active" with care. The word may not mean the same thing in a city payment tool, a court docket, a DPS FTA/FTP record, and a law-enforcement database.

Texarkana Warrant Payments Are Not a List

Texarkana Municipal Court offers a "Pay Your Warrant Online" route through MyGov TXK. The court exposes that path itself. Still, its search fields were never verified, so call it a payment and status option rather than a countywide search. It is not a roster covering other Bowie County courts. For a Texarkana ticket, the court FAQ lists warrant clerk numbers 903-798-3009 and 903-798-3790. Ask if the case is current. Ask whether the screen reflects the warrant itself. Then ask what receipt or order proves the next change in status.

Bowie County Warrant Roundups

Bowie County runs no countywide sheriff roundup and posts no most-wanted page, reward schedule, or event date. Texarkana's FY2025–26 budget notes a completed 2025 municipal-court amnesty that recalled 222 warrants. JP2 publishes its own weekly safe-harbor docket. Each is a separate court program with its own dates, scope, and terms.

Key Point: The Bowie County Sheriff page posts no most-wanted roster.

A dated amnesty report is not evidence of a current county roundup or a countywide warrant count.

No Countywide Bowie County Roundup

Each local program belongs to one court. JP2's notice covers its own outstanding Class C matters at a voluntary weekly docket. Texarkana's budget describes an amnesty window that ran February 3 through April 17, 2025, and recalled 222 warrants. Nash uses amnesty language but publishes no current event date or full eligibility schedule. Call the issuing court to see whether any option remains open. Bowie County sources support no recurring countywide roundup, reward, or single phone line for every warrant.

When You Believe You Are Listed

So a Bowie County list or payment screen shows your own name. Call the issuing court before you act on anything. Ask if the warrant is still active. Ask what bond amount applies and whether the case stays open after payment. A bond often just sets a later court date. It rarely closes the matter itself. A bench warrant or failure-to-appear warrant follows its own court-centered process too. Keep a dated receipt, a recall order, or written confirmation from the clerk, and ask when the local database or the DPS record catches up. One city result cannot clear a separate JP, district, family, or federal case.

Case referenceCitation or cause number from the court paperwork.

Important: For a felony, family, or uncertain case, speak with a lawyer before appearing and confirm the court's instructions directly.

De Kalb Warrant Tool Is Unfinished

De Kalb sits in Bowie County, and its Municipal Court page marks the “Warrants” section “UNDER CONSTRUCTION.” The page still gives a fine-payment route. For the amount to pay, it points callers to 903-667-2410. That notice documents a gap in public access. It does not mean the court holds no warrant or no record. Ask whether the record is active or recalled, whether payment changes only the balance, and whether an appearance or new setting is required. For an existing historical record, De Kalb's public-information page offers a written route through its City Secretary/Public Information Officer.
